Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Shape Tactics respects your privacy. This policy applies to the iOS and Android versions of the game.
Data collection and local storage
Shape Tactics does not require an app account or ask you to provide personal information. The game does not collect, transmit to us, sell, or share personal information or device identifiers.
Game progress and app preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to a developer-operated server. You can remove local app data through your device’s app-data controls. Device backups may retain app data according to your settings and the platform provider’s policies.
Advertising and tracking
Shape Tactics contains no advertisements and does not use advertising networks such as Google AdMob. It does not use advertising identifiers for advertising or track you across apps or websites.
Optional one-time purchase
Black and white colors are available for free. Selecting other colors requires the optional one-time in-app purchase, “Unlock All Colors.” This is not a subscription.
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Shape Tactics does not receive or store payment card or billing information. The app uses purchase information provided by the store to confirm ownership and unlock purchased colors. The store may process information necessary to complete or restore purchases under its own privacy policy.
On Apple devices, previously purchased content can be restored using Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Store purchase records are managed by Apple or Google; deleting local game data does not delete those records.
App stores and platform services
Apple and Google may process account, purchase, download, and diagnostic information through their own platform services according to their policies and your device settings. This information is distinct from data collected by the game.

Children’s privacy
The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us by email, contact us so we can address it.
Security
Protect access to your device and store account. No method of storing or transmitting information can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the game’s features or data practices change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
